Free psychological and counseling services

Within the framework of our NGO Association Alternativa, and with the aim of greater socially responsible activity, we provide free psychological counseling, both online and in person, because we care about your mental health! The first 5 sessions are completely free!

Our free counseling center offers individual (for children, adolescents, and adults), partner, and family psychological counseling and mental health support, all facilitated by our professional team of licensed psychologists, systemic, and family counselors.

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services, regardless of their circumstances. By offering free psychological counseling and psychotherapy – including the first 5 sessions at no cost – we aim to foster socially responsible activity and assist those who need support, promoting mental well-being and personal growth.
